Privacy Policy

FirmKeep is provided by Rhodwell LLC. This policy explains how FirmKeep handles information when you use the app.

Information you may store

FirmKeep lets you enter business record details such as licenses, permits, filings, renewals, documents, dates, notes, and related organizations or contacts.

Local storage and optional iCloud

Your FirmKeep records are processed and stored locally in the app. When iCloud is available and enabled, FirmKeep may use your private iCloud/CloudKit storage for app records and documents. Rhodwell does not operate an independent backend that stores FirmKeep records.

Developer collection and sharing

FirmKeep does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking. Rhodwell does not collect, sell, rent, or share the business information you enter because the app does not send those records to an independent Rhodwell service.

Authentication

Optional Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode authentication is handled by Apple system APIs. FirmKeep does not receive or store biometric data.

Purchases

FirmKeep Pro Lifetime purchases and payment processing are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Rhodwell does not receive payment card details.

Deletion and recovery

You can edit or delete records using the app's controls. Local recovery and any iCloud/CloudKit recovery depend on the device, Apple account, and service configuration. Removing the app may remove locally stored information.
